I am writing to request a re-amortization (recast) of the above-referenced
mortgage loan under your standard recast process.

I intend to make a lump-sum principal payment of $[Amount], to be applied as a
principal curtailment, and I request that you recalculate my monthly principal
and interest payment by amortizing the new unpaid principal balance over the
remaining term of the loan at my existing interest rate. I understand that the
interest rate and maturity date of the loan will not change.
