The calculator applies standard amortization math, documented on our methodology page, but your servicer's calculations may differ slightly due to posting dates, day-count conventions, escrow changes, and internal rounding. Lender fees and minimums shown on pages like mortgage recast fees reflect official documents as of the date stated on each page and can change without notice.
